Stage 3: Construction Management
We remain actively involved throughout construction, overseeing quality, coordination, and program adherence. We serve as client-side managers to ensure delivery aligns with documentation and approvals.

Outcome: A completed build that satisfies design intent, compliance, and project objectives, leading to an Occupation Certificate.

Stage 4: Handover and Defect Management
Our final stage focuses on preparing the project for settlement, ensuring a professional handover and resolution of any builder defects.
