FEASIBILITY & EARLY-STAGE PLANNING We provide initial site assessments, regulatory context, and delivery advice to determine the development potential and likely timeline. This includes consultant scoping and realistic program mapping.
DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS MANAGEMENT We coordinate all consultants required for DA and CC submissions, including architectural documentation, planning reports, engineering inputs, and cost summaries. We manage the submission process via the NSW Planning Portal and liaise with council to track progress and respond to requests.
PROCUREMENT & CONTRACT SETUP We assist with the tender process and advise on builder selection. We review construction documentation to ensure compliance and buildability before contract award.
CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT We attend site regularly and manage communication between builder, certifier and consultants. This includes program tracking, variation review, quality inspections, and practical completion assessment.
HANDOVER & SETTLEMENT We coordinate pre-settlement inspections, defects listing, and close-out documentation to prepare for occupancy and settlement.
