Dennis Kourtis
Dennis is a registered architect : Architect Registration Number (NSW):7493.
With more than 38 years in the building and construction industry. Known for his detail, discipline, and design integrity, he brings the kind of insight and reliability that only comes from decades of guiding complex projects from first sketch to completion.

Over the course of his career, Dennis has delivered a wide variety of projects including multi-residential apartment buildings (ranging from 10 to 80 units), bespoke private homes, commercial interiors, retail fitouts, childcare centres, and places of public worship. His portfolio reflects not only design capability but a deep understanding of construction, compliance, and client needs.
Dennis began his architectural career at PTW Architects in 1987, before establishing C A Group Architects in 1992. Since then, he has operated continuously in private practice, working closely with consultants, builders, and councils across NSW.
He is a registered architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board and an A+ member of the Australian Institute of Architects. In addition, Dennis is registered for regulated designs under Class 2, 3, and 9c building classifications, formally recognised as both a Design Practitioner and a Principal Design Practitioner under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Regulation.
His longstanding reputation for clarity, leadership, and technical knowledge makes him a trusted figure in the development process—whether overseeing design, guiding planning approvals, or resolving complex site challenges.

Michael Troiano
Over 40 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Michael Troiano brings a wealth of technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on knowledge across all facets of residential commercial, industrial and government projects.

Michael began his career as an architectural detail draftsman with a leading architectural firm in Sydney, where he developed a deep understanding of design principles, documentation, and technical precision required to turn ideas into functional, enduring structures.
After 7 years in architecture, Michael transitioned to the construction field as a residential site foreman, overseeing on-site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects were delivered to the highest quality and compliance. His ability to bridge design and construction quickly set him apart in the industry.
Driven by a passion for excellence and innovation, Michael founded his own construction business, serving as managing director for over 16 years. During this period, he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of up market residential, industrial, commercial, and low rise units, earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity and reliability.
His career later expanded into the public sector, where he served as a senior building inspector for NSW Fair Trading. In this role, Michael applied his extensive industry knowledge to uphold building standards, compliance, and consumer protection across the state.
Most recently as a construction manager, Michael has continued to lead large scale building projects from concept to completion while balancing design intent, budget control, and site performance with an unwavering commitment to quality.
Michael’s career reflects a lifelong dedication to the built environment, combining architectural insight, construction expertise, and a genuine passion for creating spaces that stand the test of time.
