PROJECT SETUP & FEASIBILITY We review site potential against current zoning, SEPPs, and council-specific controls. We assist with consultant engagement and feasibility alignment.
DESIGN COORDINATION & COMPLIANCE We manage the design process to ensure documentation is coordinated, practical, and suitable for submission. We resolve issues across architectural, structural, stormwater and fire disciplines prior to lodgement.
COUNCIL & PLANNING INTERFACE We coordinate all DA and CC documentation and lodge via the NSW Planning Portal. We attend council meetings, respond to RFI requests, and follow up with statutory authorities to avoid delays.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION & BUILDER ENGAGEMENT We oversee detailed documentation for construction and assist in procurement and tender processes. We help select the builder, prepare contracts, and ensure all construction documentation is issued in accordance with Regulated Design requirements.
CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION We manage site meetings, construction queries, progress tracking and quality inspections. We coordinate all compliance documentation, milestone reviews, and lead the project to Occupation Certificate and handover.
