How Archbuild supports your role
CONSULTANT COORDINATION We act as project leads—engaging, briefing and managing all third-party consultants (town planning, services engineering, stormwater, fire, etc.) to ensure documentation is aligned and submitted on time.
DESIGN DELIVERY INTERFACE We manage DA and CC documentation workflows, ensuring that required inputs are tracked, updated, and issued in correct format for submission. We work with architects to resolve buildability issues before they reach the builder.
PLANNING & COUNCIL LIAISON We manage submissions through the NSW Planning Portal and liaise with council officers to address RFIs and resolve planning feedback. This includes pre-DA meetings, design review panels, and managing responses during assessment.
BUILDER INTERFACE & SITE PRESENCE We attend site meetings, coordinate client instructions, and track construction delivery to ensure that design documentation is interpreted and executed correctly.
COMPLIANCE & REGULATED DESIGN SUPPORT Archbuild is registered for Regulated Design (Class 2, 3, and 9c) and acts as Principal Design Practitioner when required. We ensure that documentation workflows align with current obligations under NSW legislation.
